It looks like you are experiencing issues updating the WooCommerce database, correct?
Just to clarify, if you navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status→?System Status, does the WooCommerce Database version show as updated, or is it still outdated?
If this shows as updated in the System Status Report, it may be a caching issue. Can you please have your host purge the site cache and see if this resolves the notification message?
Additionally, please try?clearing your browser cache?or using?a different browser?(or in incognito/private mode) and see if that works?
Also, to better understand, where are you seeing woocommerce_cleanup_draft_orders? Is this under “Pending” actions, or “Complete” action?
If this is under “Pending” can you navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions → Pending?and run the pending actions manually and see if this does the trick?
Just to touch onPast-due?actions, these refer to tasks that have missed their scheduled dates. It’s worth noting that due to?how WP Cron works, it’s not uncommon to have some past-due actions in your system.
If you come across multiple past-due actions that are more than a day old, it could indicate a potential issue with?WP Cron?on the website. This may result in issues related to missing orders, subscriptions, or data within the WooCommerce Analytics.
This support guide is helpful in debugging WP Cron:
both are different, WP version 8.6.1, db version 8.5.2
WooCommerce Database Version: 8.5.2 – Kindly update the WooCommerce database to the same (8.6.1) version, using the dedicated button found in the screen at?'WooCommerce > Status > Tools'.
Onwards, with what is showcased in the screenshot of the Scheduled actions screen. Feel free to select that pending action, and deleted it. Below, I am attaching a screenshot, for reference.
it doesnt work, if i press update it says updating, like it still says when i login the backend, if i delete that action, within a second a new instance is there..
Can you please try deactivating Woo and activating it again and then trying to update the database again to see if works? We’ve seen cases where doing this helped.
Were you able to try the plugin my colleague suggested to debug cron: Debugging WP Cron?
Create a fresh/new WooCommerce site, where WooCommerce and its database will both be at the latest version available (and make sure to double-check that, before proceeding)
i have made a backup, moved the contents of the httpdocs folder to a backupfolder. Installed a new wordpress, installed several plugins incl woocommerce, did/tried a restore with valutbackup, it failed…
Thanks again for reaching out with more details on the progress.
For better visual understanding, could you please share with us a screenshot of the errors in the backend? You can use a screenshot sharing software like https://snipboard.io/ and paste the link here.
