Database Update not working

I updated the plugin, and it asks all the time to update the database, but the button makes nothing (I also checked the checkbox below). Also tried the option “Re-Upgrade”. But it is also not working.

Edit: Yeah, the second one it ended doing something, and it broke my site and it returned “Error to connect to database” ?? I reverted all to the last backup and will try again later a on stagging site.
