Database Update Loop

I did the update. Everything went smooth, but the second I tried to move away from the date page after it finished, it said I needed to update the database. It did update, but I clicked the button and tried to let it do it again. It just goes to a page with the wordpress logo and there is nothing else. It will not let me do anything. If I log back in it sends me to you must update the database page.

How do I fix this?
