Database Update Error

Hello;
I upgraded the Woocommerce plugin from 7.4 to 8.6. Database update error keeps happening. When I say update it says it’s running in the background, but it’s been 24 hours and it’s still not finished. How can I solve this error?
Database Update Error.
What I’ve done
Before updating the plugin;
I disabled all plugins.
I cleared the cache.
In “domain/wp-admin/upgrade.php” it says the database is up to date.
There is an error message in the logs as follows.This error remains the same for 24 hours.

Action Scheduler: I downloaded the plugin. I tried this and it says thumbnail update and actions are in progress as shown below. It is 6 hours. There are very few products on the site. 16 products.
When I update the plugin from version 7.4 to version 7.8.2, the database update works as follows. But when I update the Plugin from version 7.4 or version 7.8 to 8xx versions, this area does not work. If you have encountered this before, can you help? I showed it in the photo.
