    Hi, yesterday I had a products availability issue after plugin update. You suggested me in another thread(that you marked as resolved) to update the database via Woocommerce > Status > tool > update database. But it doesn’t work. woocommerce noticed me “The database update routine is scheduled to run in the background”. But in 24h nothing happened. What can I do?

    Same issue for me on two different websites.
    I reverted back to 3.5.X

    Also I lost structured data in my simple products…
    But on this i opened a different thread

    Hi @davemktg86,

    Action Scheduler relies on WP CRON to run those scheduled actions, so if there is a problem with WP CRON, the actions might not run as expected.

    You can execute the pending tasks from WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions, click on Pending and the “Run” link appears on each line on mouse over. This way, you should be able to run those tasks manually.

    Did all that – Now cant create a new page or any updates – keep getting ”Updating failed”

    Any suggestions???

    This looks like a problem with your theme, the error is coming from a Cherry Framework theme file.

    We never had the problem before updating to the latest version!

    @peterfabian1000 . Peter we are using Cherry Framework 4 too. But we did not updating WC to 3.6 till now. Is this problem in WC 3.6 showing up for all Cherry Frameworks 4 Themes?

    Unfortunately, I’m not sure, we can’t test with all themes, we only test with the most widely used. Please test on a staging site before updating production site and let us know if you run into problems. It’s possible, though, that theme developer would need to update the theme to be compatible with WC 3.6.

    @jhyll: I’m not sure where the function that Cherry Framework calls should come from, seems like it’s been a recurring problem:

    I think it would be best to contact Cherry Framework support with this problem, as I don’t think this missing function was part of WooCommerce.

    hi @peterfabian1000,
    thank you, but I can’t do update manually…In WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions I haven’t pending database update, but only two “woocommerce_update_marketplace_suggestions” pending (+ two complete). I don’t know, I a test subdomain and it works properly…
