Database there but no data

My sight got blacklisted by Google

In attempting to clean it I deleted all the old files and ran a fresh install of WP 3.3.1

I did not back up the database but I did download the config file before deleting ~ The database it is still on the server and I can see all of my pages and posts in phpadmin

However once I ran the install again (using all the credentials from the old install )

I cannot see any of my data or pages on the site

Any direction would be appreciated
