Database tables duplicated after v7.4.7 instalation

    After updating to the 7.4.7 version, all the tables (excepting two) have been duplicated in my database.

    The old tables used lowercases (like “wp_wfblockedoplog” while the new ones use lowercase and uppercase letters (like “wp_wfBlockedIPLog”)

    Only these tables:

    wp_wfls_2fa_secrets
    wp_wfls_settings

    have not been duplicated and remain with the old creation date.

    Not sure what to do. I can remove one set manually but not sure which one I should remove and if I would loose information from the previous version achievements.
