Database Size is growing too big!

Hi there,
We have a WooCommerce (v 3.2.6) based WordPress (v 4.9.8) website that has a database growing in size. It is now up to 220Mb in size and its blown our 200MB limit imposed by our Hosting Provider.
I do understand that we have some plugins taking up space but the bulk sits in the wp_postmeta table.
Are there any tips you can suggest to manage this size from blowing out?
We have a total of 8300 Orders from June 2014 to Sept 2018.
How could we safely archive Order information older than Jan 2016?

If you have or know a database genius I suggest you find one. Plugins aren’t always the answer. I like cleaning my database out myself by logging in and deleting old transients, optimizing tables. This is assuming your host allows you access to myphp.
I suggest creating a local setup of your entire site using MAMP or XAMP or whatever you want and playing around with your DB that way. Inside your DB you can then create SQL requests for each table.
