Hi, does the 30-day free trial include the database scan? I thought the trial was a fully functioning preview of the pro version but it doesn’t look like it’s working.

    Hello shoelaced,
    Thanks for the question,

We just checked the functionality of the trial version and technically everything should work correctly, including database scanning:
    Database

By default the database scan is turned off, you may check the status of this option in the scanner settings:
    Settings

Try to update the plug-in to the latest version and also make sure that the database scan is turned on and try again.

Please let us know if the database scan still does not work.

    Best regards,

Thanks for the reply. Perhaps I’m missing something but I get this:

    Scan

The database scan appears to be turned on but the database box at the top always shows nothing. If I go to the scan results I can’t find anywhere that says whether any issues were detected in the database.

It also tells me that my API key is invalid every time I log in, and I keep having to put in my name and email again. Could that have something to do with it?

You can still use the basic scan version or you can follow this link to purchase one of our packages.

Why would my 30 day trial be expired, I just installed the plugin like two days ago?
