Database repair error report "doesn't exist"

I updated to WP 3.1.1 this evening. I had my hosting company (portfoliositez) change the url of my website and wp site 2 days ago. I was unable to log in to my Network Admin and tried to double check that the network admin was correct in my qp-config.php file. After checking this I was unable to login to my wp admin. I added the code for the wp database repair and this is the code it told me to paste to the forum. I appreciate any help you can give.

2. wp_1_comments: Table ‘stremelp_wrdp1.wp_1_comments’ doesn’t exist
3. wp_1_links: Table ‘stremelp_wrdp1.wp_1_links’ doesn’t exist
4. wp_1_options: Table ‘stremelp_wrdp1.wp_1_options’ doesn’t exist
5. wp_1_postmeta: Table ‘stremelp_wrdp1.wp_1_postmeta’ doesn’t exist
6. wp_1_terms: Table ‘stremelp_wrdp1.wp_1_terms’ doesn’t exist
7. wp_1_term_taxonomy: Table ‘stremelp_wrdp1.wp_1_term_taxonomy’ doesn’t exist
8. wp_1_term_relationships: Table ‘stremelp_wrdp1.wp_1_term_relationships’ doesn’t exist
