Database Queries and Load Time

  • I am building a theme on a localhost and am Saving queries for analysis. I can’t understand it one bit!!

    An hour ago, my index and post pages were showing an average of 25 queries. But now, it says 9.98M 43 queries in 1.890 Seconds.

    What can I do about it? Also, will this effect my theme from getting accepted in the repository when I submit it?
