Database problem

Sudenly my website went down… i was uploading a photo gave me an error and next time i want to check the web… bang not working…
one of my Tables (wp_options) is crashed… everytime i try to fix it gives me a 2006 error msql server has gone away… How i can repair it… without loosing everything?

I had this same problem six months after and had to do all the website from 0… thats why since then i dont update and try to be carefull with my uploads but…i was not enought…
HELP PLEASE!!!!
