Database Problem

  • Below are samples of the errors messages that pop up all too frequently. As I am not at all a coder or programmer, I cannot decypher what the errors are so do not understand what is happening.

    These error messages have only started happening since upgrading to 2.7

    Please advise what is happening and how to correct the problem:
