database-plugin for WordPress : able ot runs and show 2500 records

  • i am currently looking for a database-application that runs in WordPress and is able to show 2500 records,

    i have had a closer look at the many business directories out htere. But i did not find anything that is versatile and powerful like the so called WordPress participants-database.

    whats your reccommendation!?

  • Unfortunately, I don’t know the background to these requirements. But I find the output of 2500 records primarily a visual challenge. These must be presented to the user on the screen in such a way that they are clear and also navigable. In other words, this would initially be more a question of layout.

    The question now is where this data should be displayed? Is it something in the frontend or in the backend?

    And, of course, what kind of data is involved? It may be sufficient to create a custom post type for this. WordPress copes very well with this and can also output it with high performance. WooCommerce-based stores with thousands of products are an example of such an application.
