database migration from cPanel to Godaddy and URL change

I’m hoping someone can help me. I need to change both the domain and host of my WordPress site.

I need to migrate the database/contents I have at Westhost where my current domain resides to Godaddy where the new domain resides.

And then point WordPress to the new domain at GoDaddy. I need some very basic step-by-step as I am somewhat new to this.

mtbproductions.com is the current site and LizKalil.com is where I will host the site. At the moment LizKalil.com is only forwarding to MTBProductions.com
