Database management

  • What is the best way to handle database queries and reporting for non technical clients. I have a site with several forms for donors, events, applications, surveys and grants. The data is input through separate plugin db files. How do I link them and key them with a common field to allow querying across all tables?

    If there is a more central way to add and manage database entries with a single plugin, that would be great!

  • You might want to look at this plugin. I haven’t used it, but it seems to have some good reviews and should help you extract data into a spreadsheet format, etc.

    Thanks, but this is more for exporting data. I want to be able to query the data in WP.

    I do not think such a plugin exists.

    It is surely possible to create custom queries and display the results but it most likely will require a coding solution.
