Scheduled Database Maintenance is Disabled yet once a week it runs anyway, breaking the database wp_postmeta (in use) at the exact same date / time (every 7 days).

We must then run the database repair to fix it. We do not want the database optimized yet it continues to run weekly even though its disabled.

I have also confirmed that the table being affected is MyISAM and not InnoDB so it should be doing anything automatically (from my understanding). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The only thing I can think of is that prior to using this plugin, we had WP Rocket enabled. It’s currently deactivated and uninstalled. Is it possible there is old database entries left related to the automatic database optimization that this plugin shares?

    Hey @hollywood07

We delete the cron job for database optimization when the toggle is turned of, so there is something else that optimizes your database.

Would it be possible to provide your site URL, so we can check what is causing the issues?

    Regards,

It’s only happening when we have the Siteground plugin installed. Again we have verified that the toggle is off – yet it does the cron job weekly. Is there any way to check scheduled cron jobs?

Yes can give the URL but will need to send it to you privately. We don’t wish to share it here for security reasons. Thanks

    Hey there @hollywood07,

You can use the WP Crontrol plugin to check all active cronjobs.

As for the URL, I am afraid that sending private messages is against the forum guidelines. I am afraid that without a website URL we cannot troubleshoot further.

    Kind regards,
    Stoyan
