    Hi there,

We use WP Job Manager plugin and have a few questions belong to this:

    1. What is the optimal/maximum number of vacancies that the plugin can handle without a significant loss of performance? In other words, without a significant increase in the load to MySQL database.

    2. Is it possible to somehow optimize the work of the plugin if there are a large number of vacancies? Now we totally have about 20.000 pcs, but only 1.000 pcs are active.

Since already we have such a quantity of vacancies there is a heavy load on the database and the work of the site slows down noticeably.

    Hi there!

There is no optimum number of jobs you can publish using the WP Job Manager plugin. The load and the speed will mostly depend on the configuration of your server. The more jobs you have the better (faster, more optimized) server you need.

Do you need to have all the 20 000 jobs in your database? If the answer is yes, then you need to look into tuning your server better to serve the needs of your site (and database) better.
