Database issues

I’m getting the following error message:

In addition, when I go to my master cpanel to repair the database, I get the following even though it tells me database repair complete:

This just came up out of nowhere & I hadn’t been working on this older site but had created a new database plus was building a site revision within a folder. My new database had the same user, me, but had a different database name. I had no problems while working on it this past few weeks. Now the old site is completely down.

How did that database become corrupt & how can I fix it?
