Database import never completes

Using All In One WP Migration 4.13, when I import a wpress file (about 220MB, of which only 2MB is the SQL dump), the process hangs at “Restoring Database.”
However, if I watch the mysql general log, I can see when all the load is complete. When the SQL dump is done loading, I can log back into the WP dashboard and everything seems to have been imported successfully.
The whole SQL import does take quite some time (over 1-2 minutes), even though the dump is relatively small. I’m attempting to restore into a Vagrant box and it isn’t very fast. Could there be something timing out that causes AIOWPM to fail?
