Database Errors please help!

  • Hi guys,

    After a few brute force attacks my site has gone down with DB connection errors please see errors below. Any help will be greatly appreciated:

    wrd_usermeta: 1 client is using or hasn’t closed the table properly
    wrd_posts: 2 clients are using or haven’t closed the table properly
    wrd_options: Table is marked as crashed
    wrd_postmeta: 2 clients are using or haven’t closed the table properly
    wrd_term_taxonomy: 2 clients are using or haven’t closed the table properly
    wrd_term_relationships: 2 clients are using or haven’t closed the table properly

  • Try:
    – switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    – repairing all tables in your database.
