Database errors lock up database and terminates sessions

Hi,
Our site is experiencing database errors, to an extent where the Database in general locks up and terminates sessions, related to TEC Version 6.2.0.1. Our hosting engineers have provided us with as sample of the errors below and recommended we get in touch.
