Database errors – can’t fix

I try to repair my database and I get the following errors:

wp_synmcs3z3t_users: Table ‘l3912559889699.wp_synmcs3z3t_users’ doesn’t exist
wp_synmcs3z3t_usermeta: Table ‘l3912559889699.wp_synmcs3z3t_usermeta’ doesn’t exist
wp_synmcs3z3t_posts: Table ‘l3912559889699.wp_synmcs3z3t_posts’ doesn’t exist
wp_synmcs3z3t_links: Table ‘l3912559889699.wp_synmcs3z3t_links’ doesn’t exist
wp_synmcs3z3t_options: Table ‘l3912559889699.wp_synmcs3z3t_options’ doesn’t exist
wp_synmcs3z3t_postmeta: Table ‘l3912559889699.wp_synmcs3z3t_postmeta’ doesn’t exist
wp_synmcs3z3t_terms: Table ‘l3912559889699.wp_synmcs3z3t_terms’ doesn’t exist

Unfortunately, my host isn’t very helpful with regard to WordPress unless I pay.
