    This is happening on multiple sites I manage.

    Sorry to hear you are encountering such a problem. Just to confirm; you’re seeing this in upgrades and not in new installs, correct?

    Also, is it happening on all the sites or just a few? If it is happening on just a few, do these websites have something in common?
