Database Error – Table Does Not Exist

Below are the error message I got on my web page. It seems to me that the plugin is accessing a nonexistent table. I checked my database and that table “vs_ahm_user_download_accounts” does not exist. I just updated the plugin to version 3.1.22 and the problem is still there.
