    Hi I need help when the steps of the message are 69 above on every category this is I have encountered I already go to the status panel and click try table upgrade, but still, the error is there, please help me. See my screenshot below

    When it reaches 69 above, I cannot add a new message, and I have this error “Database error. If you were saving a newsletter, try a table upgrade from the status panel”. But when I tried to upgrade the table on status panel still not working.

    Hi, the database error means, usually (since we intercept the error but it has no explanation) a problem saving special characters.

    But since you’re referring to the Autoresponder, could be something different. Please open a support ticket, Autoresponder is a premium add-on is not supported here.
