• Since the update I have received the following error:

    [08-Mar-2016 23:23:39 UTC] WordPress database error Duplicate entry ‘c0bef52615d91bd11fa13d47bfd20063’ for key ‘PRIMARY’ for query INSERT INTO xxx_domain_mapping_logins ( id, user_id, blog_id, t ) VALUES( ‘c0bef52615d91bd11fa13d47bfd20063’, 0, 5, NOW() ) made by require(‘wp-load.php’), require_once(‘/home/xxxx/wp-config.php’), require_once(‘wp-settings.php’), do_action(‘init’), call_user_func_array, ITSEC_Lockout->check_lockout, ITSEC_Lockout->execute_lock, wp_logout, do_action(‘wp_logout’), call_user_func_array, remote_logout_loader

    I am now have a white screen in the admin area. Anyone know how to sort this?

    Yes,
    For some reason the domain_mapping_logins table isn’t clearing out. I thought it may have something to do with ITSECs logging. I was able to eliminate the error by emptying the table, but if there is a correlation, I thought it’d be good to check in here.

    Same errors on my multi site.
    Any solution?
