• Web: ftp:carynsarts.ca Hello, I updated my site & was unaware of any problems until I returned to my shopping page to make planned changes. I found this page had changed before logon and the centre of page where all headings/categories had been set up previously were now listed at the left side/page, each heading/categories listed under each other, followed with typing overtop bottom of page posted information. Now all categories are difficult to call up and read in some areas. It is a guessing game to get some categories and no way to get others.
I did try an update also listed under updates available for shoppage, but there was no improvement. In either case, I also can not backup my database since the 1st backup.
Your help would be greatly appreciated as I am now unable to finish my shopping page. I am using ecommerce shopping cart.

  • Since I don’t know what you want the page to look like all I know is what it looks like right now to me. And I don’t necessarily see anything specifically out of place. If you resolved this yourself please mark it as resolved.

    1. Are you using a child theme? If you aren’t using a child theme then everytime there is an update you will lose your changes.

    2. I know you tried to really explain what is wrong what you want above but it’s still not clear to someone who has only ever looked at your site today. If you can try to be more specific regarding exactly which categories, share the code you are using, a screen shot of what you would like it to look like, etc., it would be easier to help you.
