Database Error

  • I am getting blank page saying error.

    after we wait maybe 10min database reestablishes.i did clean cash files,…

    i got a message saying:

    A host, 70.25.46.222(you can check the host at https://ip-adress.com/ip_tracer/70.25.46.222) has been locked out of the WordPress site at https://mysite.ca until Friday, August 3rd, 2012 at 3:52:34 pm UTC due to too many attempts to open a file that does not exist. You may login to the site to manually release the lock if necessary.

    how can i avoid this situation?

    this ip is my client’s ip address.when we get this message means our site is really locked out,they do not see the content?

    how they can lock a site?they are ‘ignorant’ when it comes to internet.

    I’m having the same issue i believe but i don’t know the issue mine is loading a page plain white, with just the word ‘error’ if you find anything please let me know, give it 10 mins and everything is fine, but keeps doing it repeatedly and is causing issues for my other users :/
