database error

I transferred my domain, https://www.miniaturedollfurniture.net/, from one hosting account to my Hostmonster hosting account. I first backed up my public_html folder to my computer. Then I exported the WP database files from my admin area to my desktop. (tools->export)

I set up the domain, https://www.miniaturedollfurniture.net/, on my new host (Hostmonster>

I set up a new database on my hosting account and wrote down the database name, database, username, and database password.

I edited the wp_config file on my desktop with the new database name, database username, and password. I saved this file as wp_config.php.

Last, I uploaded all the public_html files from my computer into the public_html folder on my new webhost (Hostmonster) using File Zilla.

When I try to access my site, I get this error message: Error establishing a database connection

The URL is https://www.miniaturedollfurniture.net/

What did I miss? What did I do wrong? Thanks.
