    Hello, after install plugin i tried to see the customer tab, and my database get error.

    “Error establishing a connection to the database”

    I tried to deativated plugin but the error persists, i think my database is so big to use that plugin.

    Hi,

    Sorry to hear you’ve received this issue, we’ve tested the plugin with a large database before with tens of thousands of customers/orders and haven’t received this issue. How large is your database?

    Are you still receiving the issue now? If you are then you may need to contact your hosting provider as it maybe that the database service (e.g. MySQL) has crashed.

    Hello, thank you for the reply.

    We have 12k customers, 13k orders and database size 220MB.

    Yeap was the MYSQL has crashed, we have a Dedicated Server and whole mysql service was down.

    Okay we have just tested the plugin on one of clients sites which has 35K customers and 11K orders and the plugin is working as expected.

    If you want us to look into this further, please can you send us the WooCommerce status report (WooCommerce > Status) via email at [email protected].
