database error

    WordPress database error: [Table ‘fqcgddrhdgj.2fbi_formmaker’ doesn’t exist]
    SELECT t1.* FROM 2fbi_formmaker as t1 WHERE t1.id NOT IN (0) ORDER BY t1.id asc LIMIT 0,20

    WordPress database error: [Table ‘fqcgddrhdgj.2fbi_formmaker’ doesn’t exist]
    SELECT COUNT(*) FROM 2fbi_formmakerWHERE id NOT IN (0)

    i have installed it a few times and tried to see if the tables will be created. but its not working. please advise

    Seems it is a problem with the database. Could you please try to uninstall then install the plugin again?
