Try deactivating all of your plugins to explore whether any could be responsible. If none are, keep all plugins deactivated and switch to the Twenty Seventeen theme to check whether it’s an issue with your theme.

    Hi Devion,

Do you have a recent backup of your site? Temporarily rename your current db and upload a recent backup for testing. If you do not get the error, your current database is likely corrupted.

no other help? now happen every 20-30 min maybe my database was under ddos, is possible ?

Sure looks like the query is being generated by the monster insight plugin, but if you’re still having problems after disabling the plugin, it could be WordPress itself but I still think the tables in your database my have issues and is causing problems. You need to isolate whether it is WordPress, the plugins or the database file. If you have cpanel hosting with GoDaddy, I think the is a repair utility for your database. Try that first, if that doesn’t help, disable all your plugins and upgrade or re-installing WordPress.

    Hope that helps.
