database error

    Hi
    I get the following message after trying to repair the database: wp_order_itemmeta: Table ‘Sql629772_1.wp_order_itemmeta’ doesn’t exist
    Can anybody help please?

  • Do you have any recent database backups? Does your hosts have any backups?

    Yes, but I added new content after that. Would I lose it?

    Yes – I’m afraid so but it’s the only way to get your site back up again.

    Actually my site is still up, though half of the products of my shop (Woocommerce) disappeared from the list. Strangely enough, because they are still counted in the Categories page (about 120 products), but the Products page shows only 63 items.
    Also the thumbnails in the media library tab of the image uploader vanished.
    Bad symptoms, aren’t they? ??

    Yep – you need to restore a database backup.
