Database Entry and Management Plugin

Need!!!!!!!!A plugin needed Which has capabilities of Having Multiple user data entry System with Edit,Update,Delete Records Features.There must be authentication before data’s submission

1).A page With Add Data or new Submission With a hidden field to send the current username with data sent.

2). Edit page with edit option particular to current user only

3). Delete with same limitations of current user data only

4). View page with same logic of current user.

#Coding. Please anyone can suggest plugin which has has these features..I will be very grateful to you….
