database does not remain flagged

Good morning,
I have been using this plugin for years for its simplicity and I can say that the current update is really bad.
I deleted all the old “jobs” to activate the new scheduling but only “file” remains active, “database” is flagged but when I go back to settings it is inactive, why?Thanks for support
