DataBase-dependable drop-down lists?

Hi dear colleagues and developers.
On my blog, in DB there are two custom tables one depending on other: auto-brands and models. As you may have already guessed, models table has foreign key from auto-brands table in order to identify models of particular brand. Pretty simple.
Now I’m trying to create a form with two drop-down lists with DB content loading from those two tables. With the first one no troubles, but I can’t understand how to make second drop-down list load only matching the selected brandID list of model names into itself. So it should be dependable on the choice made in the first list.
Is it possible in the plugin? I really hope so ?? Please advise.Thank you in advance,
