    Hello.

I have a problem where my database crashes every day at a certain time. This happens after I installed the plugin. I would like to troubleshoot it but I cannot find any relevant setting in running or programming crons.

Is there a way to know when a certain feed is executed? When does its cron job run, and when was the last xml (in my case) generated. Is there a timestamp so that I know when the last feed was executed (on my xml I could not find anything) or something like this?

I would also like to know if there is a setting where I can change the time the plugin runs.

    Product feed Pro 11.8.7
    Wordpress 6.0.3
    Woocommerce 6.9.4
    PHP 7.4.28

    Thank you in advance,
    George

  • Hi George,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

When you retrieve the plugin debug.log URL and open it up in a browser you’ll find some raw information about your feeds, including the date and times when it was updated. This is how you can retrieve the debug.log URL: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

    Thank you.

I solved the issue in another way.

I think it would be a nice feature if the cron job could be programmed to run on a specific time schedule.

    Thank you again.
