• Hi there

I recently had some issues with upgrading a series of plugins on my site. The result is that now the MailPoet plugin is not working. In particular, when I look at the settings page I get numerous database errors: e.g. Table ‘database_wp_wysija_list’ doesn’t exist – (I have changed the name of the database for privacy reasons)

I have tried deleting the plugin then reinstalling but no change. Could you advise how I go about rebuilding?

    Thanks

Hi there. I tried this and it uninstalled Mailpoet. however the issue returned when I reinstalled MailPoet.

e.g. when I try to create an email I get the following message:

Update procedure to MailPoet version “2.1.6” failed!
An error occurred. Show more details.

    Table ‘[database].wp_wysija_user_list’ doesn’t exist (UPDATE wp_wysija_user_list as A inner join wp_wysija_user as B on (A.user_id= B.user_id) set A.sub_date= B.created_at where A.sub_date=0 and A.unsub_date=0 and B.status>-1;)

    Thanks

    Hi,

You may need to contact your host, as there appears to be some issue with your database.
