Database connection error in my blog

    Hello All,
    Today i updated my blog from wordpress 4.0 version to wordpress 4.0.1. After that i am getting some issue in my blog.
    my blog is merrychristmasgreetings2014.com some time it shows me Database Connection Error. This Happens after the new update installation.
    sometime is works fine but sometime it shows this error while open the website. it just ruin my all work and traffic.

    Please give me advice as soon as possible. so, that i don’t miss a single visitor

    If it’s an intermittent fault, as yours is, it means that your hosting service is to blame. The WordPress system is working fine, but the connection between the web server and the database server is having issues, and that’s something that only your hosting company can fix.

    i am using cloudways hosting. so what should i do now to solve this problem.
    I have 0 technical knowledge.

    Ask your hosting company to investigate this and fix it. That’s all that you should have to do. They’ll either fix it, or give you some idea of something else that you can do. either way, there’s nothing that anyone else can do until you get an answer back from your hosting company.
