Database Connection Error

  • I had some problems with my password for making changes to my website hosted by yahoo. I worked with a yahoo technician who changed my domain name and password and somehow disconnected my blog. I have since returned to my old domain name and password but my blog is still floating out there somewhere. All my files for the blog are in file manager. Could someone please contact me at to walk me through what to do to connect my blog to my website?

    in my blog manager the name of my blog is karensbell.com/blog1. Can anyone help me figure out my DB name of my blog in wp-config? is it just ‘blog1’?

    Just check the yahoo control panel, you can see the databases.

    Just put the info in your WordPress config file.

    My login and password for my blog is different from my login and password for my website

    When my bog became disconnected from my website there was no information in the config. file. So do I use my user name and password for my website or the ones for my blog?
