On my theme they have a few custom post types built in for designing the site, however when you go to clear the site using the Database cleanup, the custom post type revisions are still there

So is there any way to have it when you cleanup the database using the Litespeed tools, it also cleans up the revisions for the extra CPT that are in the database?

The name of the CPT is – content block – not sure if that helps at all?

unfortunately no , as name suggests “custom post type” , there could be hundreds different types , there is no way we can cover them up : (

Is there no custom function I can maybe use to try and add to my site to allow this? Obviously I’d have to manually enter the correct CPT for my site build, I just seem to remember that WPRocket on their database clean up did also remove the CPT revisions as well

    Thanks

Could you please provide more information how you experienced WP Rocket’s database clean up function to achieve this? Theoretically we may be able to do such thing, but different plugin had different design philosophies and priorities based on their majority user needs : )

I mean they had a database clean up page the same as like you guys have but it seemed whenever I clicked “clean” it would cover more than just the default WordPress post types

Not sure if this helps as this is from their knowledge base site – https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1672-database-optimizations
