database bloating

    Hi,

    this plug in seem to bloat the database. How to clean it? My host complains it eats more than 600 mb of space. The table is called wpdx_mteafl_clicks

    The mt prefix comes from my website. WP optimizer plug in was not able to clean it’s waste. Any other suggestions?

    Hi there,

    That table is related to the tracking of click statistics for the affiliate links.

    On the Affiliate Links > Click Statistics > Clean Up page you have the ability to remove all clicks, if you don’t want to store them anymore.

    Thank you! It seems to take Very long time to delete all the clicks. Many hours I guess. Would it be safe to simply delete the whole table instead in order to save time? Would it interfere the plug in installation or cause any other harm?

    Emptying or deleting the table should be fine as well.
