Database backups have different names

The database backups that Better WP Security provides are given a filename other than the filename on the server.

If I have to use a backup to replace the online database, do I simply give it the same name as the one on the server and replace it?

I really do appreciate the hard work that went into this plugin, and that only a donation is asked for, but I wish some of the information was a bit clearer.
