Database Backup broken

  • I had sometimes http error 500 on my website (probably mainly in administration), i digg little bit in logs and I maybe found temporary solution.

    From last version database backup seems to be broken. It ends with memory error. (I think 90MB in my case should be enough, WP normally use only about 30-40MB)

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 94371840 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /hosting/www/xxx/www/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2406

    and after that it’s impossible to try it again

    Unable to create a backup at this time since a backup is currently being created. If you wish to create an additional backup, please wait a few minutes before trying again.

    I try disable ZIP of backup with no luck. I also ends with error in wp-db.php on line 1832.
