Databank-Server crashed after Udpdate to Version 13.0.6

    Found more Problems in Version 13.0.6 of WP statistics…

    I can NOT edit enter etc. NEW or old Postings to my Website, loading and loading a blank site, nothing shows up…

    I can NOT enter the Plugin Area of WP Backend as well, loading and loading but shows only a blank site…

    After a couple of realoads i crashed AGAIN my Website with Database connection lost. I did not do anything else besides the “Update” of WP statistics.

    After this HORRIBLE “errors” i have manually rolled back to Version 12.6.13 and restarted the Database Server “tada” it is working again… I did NOT tried any other things, because this WP statistics plug in was and is the opnly one which is not up to date on my page since more then 2 month and only after the Update to version 13.0.6 was made this errors showes up.

    ALL OTHER PLUGIN WP VERSION etc. are a the newest level!

    @veronalabs is ther still some automatic database “optimisation” included ore something that maybe cause this high amount of database connections that the database server was broken down???

    How many Supporters are working on that now? Hi @vitathemes in the Database is the same Version Number written i have installed: 12.6.13

    Hi @mostafas1990 so you mean i just should check manually the structure of the databse if the names etc. are correct?

    If so, why should this not to be correct? I have never ever changed anything in your Plug In or in the Database… As i’m not a programmer ??

    Sorry for the delay in replying.

    Sometimes during a rare occurrence, the table upgrade process doesn’t work properly, so in this case, we have to make sure the table is correct.

    Please take a screenshot of the structure of wp_statistics_page, then we can double make sure the table is fine or not.

    Seems correct, but It seems there are a lot of records and that’s the reason the plugin could not complete the migration process!

    So, in this case, we have to implement a way to do this migration in the background through cronjob.

    Keep old version on your WordPress until we added this feature.

    Yes there are ma entrys as we run a Newspage, but i did tell this already long time ago.

    Ok, so i will wait for a realease of new version, please comment in this posting here, if the udate is done and i can give a try.

    I see there is an Update ti Version 13.0.9 out now, is this issue we are talking abouthere fixed in this update?

    Not really, as mentioned in the changelog, the latest update is mostly related to WordPress v5.8 and PHP v8.0

    I’ll let you know when this issue is fixed.
