Data transfer problem between WooCommerce report and revenue statistics

    Hello,

    I’ve noticed a data upload problem in the Statistics > Income section of the site. The figure is not consistent with actual sales.

    However, the information is correct in WooCommerce > Reports.

    I’m guessing that WooCommerce > Reports will be replaced by Statistics > Revenue in the near future. Why isn’t the data correct in Statistics > Revenue please?

    We’re at €4,291 in total sales in Statistics > Overview while we’re at €13,280 in gross sales in WooCommerce > Reports, for the identical period.

    If I understand correctly, the data in Analytics is not accurate, correct?

    Could you please attach a copy of your site’s System Status report? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support” (after you scroll down a bit)”. Once done, please paste it here in your reply or via a text-sharing service like https://gist.github.com/.

    It would also be very helpful if you can provide screenshots for the mentioned period from both the Analytics and Reports tabs.

    If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, here are a few free options: 

    Additionally, could you please go to WooCommerce, select Analytics, then Settings, and attempt to delete and re-import the historical data? Does this resolve the issue?

    I don’t see a huge gap between the two either, the difference could be due to some order that’s not yet synced or has an excluded status:
