My alot of users getting this error when they try to register woocommerce or trying to contact form

i mean at least 100 users getting this error.

i look up the log on my dashboard and mark as not spam but am i have to that manually all the time

because first try if they could not register it the website , they leave out.

for temporarly solution i disable antispam check on woocommerce registration form

how can we fix this
