Data protection confirmation check box

On the sign up form for registration, can we please get a check box for accepting terms, which must be checked in order for people to sign up and register. This is required for data protection so that people can check yes to they agree and understand our terms and GDPR terms.

Can we also get that same thing on the bottom next to the submit button on the ‘contact listing owner’ form at the bottom of listings.

Somthing just like the ‘I Agree with all terms & conditions’ checkbox you have put on the upload listings form.
