Data not showing in Google Analytics

Sorry for the delay.

Google Analytics doesn’t seem to be configured on your site, at least not in the way required.

When you click the link to the document, there is a Javascript error “_gaq” not found.

The plugin expects such an object to exist. I think you probably have the latest ‘universal analytics’ version of Google Analytics, and the plugin hasn’t been updated to support that.

My suggestion would be to turn off Analytics in the plugin and then find a way to automatically add GA tracking to all of your page links – you’ll then cover all other links in your site, not just the plugin’s Downloads link.
